1. Directed by: Minna Heikinaho, filming by John Londonõ and Minna Heikinaho, interviewing by Isabelle Anne ja John Londonõ, duration 19:28 min, format: NTSC, miniDV. Installation: Theatre Pol Pelletier, Osanam, St. Catherine Street, shopfront window in a street corner, rear projection on screen 180 x 130 cm window projection straight on the street.

2.“Trash”, a photograph, digital colour print, 120 x 120 cm.

The video is comprised of still photographs and moving images of homeless people living in the Central Park in Montreal, life on the streets. Some of the social workers I interviewed had lived on the streets, and in a touching manner, they talk about their experiences and the starting point for their work. ”Why do you want to do this (your) work? What are your own reasons to do this work? How or in which way should you like change "system", society better for everybody now and in the future - what are the best and worst things in society of the city of Montreal? What kind of future visions of life in Montreal do you have - what are the best and worst things here? What kind life do you called as like "good life" and what about "bad life"? How do you understand or what it means resposibility for you? The answers create the sound background for the documentary that tells about Montreal from the point of view of a person living on the streets – about social exclusion, exclusion in general, and survival.
